Urban Supreme Grocer Sdn Bhd is a one-stop online centre for all your daily needs. We provide excellent online shopping experience via our content, personalization web, mobile commerce, variety of quality products and reliable delivery service. We provide this platform to facilitate our customer’s hectic lifestyle to do groceries shopping while striving to reward you with convenient and pleasant shopping experience.

2. What kind of products do you sell?

At Urban Supreme Grocer Sdn Bhd online store, you can choose from over thousands products spread across various categories such as fresh meats and vegetables, beverages, bakery, baby and kids products, household item and much more. Since our online shopping portal is still new, we work hard to make your shopping experience just same like when you shop at our bricks and mortar stores. 3. Which cities and locations do you operate in?

Currently, we serve selected areas in Johor Bahru, but we are constantly adding new stores all the time. 4. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges may vary based on store, delivery distance and time slot that you have selected.

Delivery charges for the next hour time slot are a minimum of RM10. For example, if you place an order between 10:00am to 11:00am, to be delivered between 11:00am – 12:00pm, the delivery charges are at minimum RM10.

Delivery charges for every other time slot (ranging from 2-hour to 7 days) from the order time are a minimum of RM 8. For example, if you place an order between 10:00am to 11:00am to be delivered between 12:00pm to 1:00pm, delivery charges are at minimum RM8.

Some of our stores have extended coverage areas. If the delivery distance from that store to your location is outside of the normal coverage area, an additional charge of RM1 per km will apply.

Please note that there are no free delivery thresholds for all our stores.

5. What are the delivery hours?

Urban Supreme Grocer delivery hours are based on the opening hours of the stores we work with. For most stores, we can deliver between 10 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays).

6. What happens if something is out of stock?

When something is out of stock at the store, we do our best to replace it with a similar item.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Once your order is placed, for technical reasons, you cannot cancel your order. However, you have the option to check all your items before accepting them at the door.

8. How do I report a problem with my order?

If you have any problems with your order, please tell us! You can leave feedback using a link in the receipt we emailed you or simply write to urbansupremegrocer@gmail.com. Please note that complaints or requests requiring refunds must be made within three (3) working days after your order has been delivered. Refunds will not be provided if you do not reach out to us regarding your desired refund within the aforementioned time frame.
